Your booking with us is subject to the following conditions:
Travel And Tour World acts at all times as an agent, subagent or broker for various
principals and other parties, inter alias operators, airlines, touring firms, hotels
and other providers of tours, transport, sea or land arrangements and other travel-
related services. We act on behalf of these principals and are not responsible for acts of
error or omission made by them or their agents.
Reservations and payment policies:
An advanced deposit of no less then 50% is required. The initial deposit is
non-refundable. Full payment is to be received six weeks prior to departure. Travel And
Tour World reserves the right to cancel any reservation in respect of payments not
received timeously. Prices are quoted at the ruling daily exchange rate. Prices are
correct at the time of print, no prices are confirmed until tickets and documents have
been issued. Airfares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by the airlines and
cannot be guaranteed by Travel And Tour World. All payments and deposits shall be payable
in advance, without any deductions set off, directly into the Travel And Tour World bank
account.
The client shall have no claim against Travel And Tour World arising out of
miss-description in any respect of the products, howsoever caused.
Method of Payment:
Travel And Tour World will accept payment by cash, deposit, electronic bank transfers and
by credit card. Credit card payments will have to be guaranteed by the tour operator or
the client. The client will have to complete a credit card authorization form and submit a
copy of his ID & front and back of the credit card, in order to pay by credit card.

Cancellations and Amendments: All cancellations and amendments must be done in
writing. Travel And Tour World reserves the right to claim a cancellation fee. The
customer will be liable for an administration fee payable to Travel And Tour World in
respect of each amendment.
Refunds and Unused services: No refunds will be made for no-shows or any unused
services.
Passports, visas, re-entry visas, exit visas, vaccinations and
inoculations:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer alone to obtain proper, current and valid
passports, visas, re-entry visas, exit visas, vaccinations and inoculations. The company
shall not be liable or responsible for any consequences of any nature arising from the
customer failing to comply with all requirements.
Responsibility and reliability:
All meals and anything of a personal nature are for the client’s own account, unless
otherwise stated in the itinerary or voucher.
